Low Potassium Low Phosphorus Vegetables and Fruits

What is a serving of a low potassium and low phosphorus fruit or vegetable?
1 cup raw or ½ cup cooked or 1 medium piece of fruit. According to one website all fruits and vegetables are low in phosphorus. Below are some fruits and vegetables that are both low in phosphorus and low in potassium, provided you limit things to one serving.
