Microwaved food is devoid of nutrients so even though you are putting calories into the body, this microwaved food has no nutrients. The lack of nutrients in the food creates a hunger for more food. Eating sugars, concentrated sugars opens up the appetite bypassing the satiety center, the feeling of full center. Eating any sugar or food with added sugars will cause a weight gain. Combining grains or starches together with proteins also will cause a weight gain.

To gain weight:

  • Combine Proteins and Grains
  • Concentrated sugars opens the appetite and raises triglycerides.
  • Wine creates hunger and dehydration, not good for kidney health.
  • Snack on corn chips with avocado or guacamole.
  • Bread pastry yeasted baked goods cause a weight gain and liver pains.
  • Sip beef tea, a concentrated beef stock that is distilled.
