Radish is very good for the stimulating blood cells. Radishes help raise the
ecoplast of the red blood cells and help with anemia. They have
a nice peppery taste and the sprouts are a welcome addition to a salad or a vegetable roll. If one can wash 5
radishes and eat them throughout the day this is very helpful to PKD kidneys. Radishes are naturally cooling,
they aide digestion, eliminate toxins, high in nutrients and low in calories.
