Enjoy rosehip

Rose hips are the round portion of the rose flower just below the petals. Rose hip tea is very high in vitamin C. Foods high in vitamin C is said to help lower uric acid levels. It has a slightly sour taste and colors tea ruby red. When coupled with hibiscus This tea is often combined with hibiscus flowers to make a vitamin C rich tea that is very pleasant to drink. It lowers blood pressure, is beneficial for PKD/PLD and alkaline producing.

When roses go dormant in the colder months, rose hips spring forth as round seed filled purses from the rose bushes. Rose hips are very rich in Vitamin C and are said to have blood-purifying and infection fighting properties. Rose hips contain plenty of lycopene.
