Mint

Enjoy Mint

Mint can aggravate GERD and reflux some common symptoms with large cystic organs. It relaxes the lower esophageal sphincter. Use sparingly if you have acid reflux esophagitis. Otherwise fresh mint flavors water refreshingly on a hot summer day. Try a few leaves in soups and sauces. A favorite juice is 2 cucumbers, 2 apples, and 8 mint leaves all juiced together - a light refreshing liquid to quench the thirst that is also high in nutrients, low in potassium and low in phosphorus.

Mint Magic TeaŽ contains: spearmint, peppermint, roasted chicory, cinnamon and orange peel. It makes a refreshing drink, either hot or cold.

We are  sharing our experiences with PKD/PLD Diet, an adjunct diet envisioning it complementing a physician's prescribed medical therapy. Consider testing this with your doctor's prior knowledge, who can  adjust it according to your own uniqueness by adding it to your current  treatment.
