Enjoy Garlic

Garlic is known to lower blood pressure. Garlic while wonderful to assist in lowering cholesterol, lowering blood pressure, lowering yeast overgrowth, It might be best to stop this two weeks before surgery due to blood thinning qualities associated with garlic.

Garlic is known to squelch yeast overgrowth in the intestines. Eating it helps diminish candida albicans.

If you are prone to gastritis or stomach ulcers, raw garlic maybe too harsh for you. An alternative is to place an entire head of garlic in the oven. Rub extra virgin olive oil over it; slice the top but do not skin it. Allow the garlic to slow roast in the oven. When prepared this way, garlic bakes into a wonderful sweet nutty flavored spread. Fresh roasted garlic on spelt non-yeasted toast makes a delightful topping. After chopping garlic, allow it to sit for a few moments before eating it so the health giving qualities can be fully developed.

Garlic Oil

Garlic oil is beneficial for PKD/PLD, alkaline producing. Reduces normalizes bacteria flora eliminating yeast overgrowth. Lowers blood pressure. Known to have antibiotic properties.
