Avoid Coltsfoot

Coltsfoot has pyrrolizidine alkaloids. These alkaloids contained in coltsfoot has resulted in liver concerns. Avoid it is detrimental for PKD/PLD. Coltsfoot contains senkirkine, a hepatotoxic pyrrolizidine alkaloid. Because of the content of hepatotoxic (toxic to the liver) pyrrolizidine alkaloids, coltsfoot is not recommended for internal use.
