POLYCYCTIC KIDNEY DISEASE DIET

Sleep

To get a good nights sleep, if prescribed calcium citrate, try taking this just before bed. Or if allowed try two ounces of grape juice diluted in two ounces of mineral water and take the smallest amount of magnesium. This will release the body's own tryptophan providing restful sleep. Or try a walk in the evening following dinner. To re-set their internal clock some have tried tryptophan. I found even a tiny dose gave me chest pain. I have lain it aside.

We are  sharing our experiences with PLD Diet, an adjunct diet to consider  trying to complement a physician's prescribed medical therapy. Think  about testing this only with your doctor's prior knowledge, who can  adjust it, according to your own uniqueness by adding to your current  treatment.
