Cauliflower Puree


  1. -1 small cauliflower

  2. -Himalayan pink salt

  3. -Steaming water or almond cream, rice milk

  4. -sprinkle paprika

  5. -dust with chives


Steam the Cauliflower about ten minutes. Then add it to a high speed blender with the cooking water or almond milk or rice milk, blend until smooth. Sprinkle the top with paprika and drizzle a scant amount of butter with a dash of Himalayan pink salt. This goes wonderfully with an array of other vegetables to replace mashed potatoes or if you eat fish this goes nicely with a small piece of white fish or scallops. Dust with finely cut chives.
