Radish
Enjoy radishes
(Raphanus sativus)
Raphanus sativus L. var niger
black radish
Radishes, 5 per day will help raise the ecoplasts of the blood helping anemia. Radish helps protect against gallstones.
Radish is very good for the stimulating blood cells. They have a nice peppery taste and the sprouts are a welcome addition
to a salad. If one can wash 5 radishes and eat them throughout the day this is very helpful to PKD kidneys. Radishes are
naturally cooling, they aide digestion, eliminate toxins, high in nutrients and low in calories.
I enjoy the peppery taste of radish sprouts! Try on a folded
corn tortilla with avocado. They are sometimes grown as companion plants and suffer from few pests and diseases. Sometimes
sifting the soil to eliminate stones helps radishes grow well; grows best in sandy soil.
We are sharing our experiences with PKD/PLD Diet, an adjunct diet envisioning it complementing a physician's prescribed medical
therapy. Consider testing this with your doctor's prior knowledge, who can adjust it according to your own uniqueness by
adding it to your current treatment.
