Oil

Limit oil

In small amounts olive oil, hempseed oil, avocado oil, can be beneficial. Check with your doctor about supplementing with oil. Limit any oil or fat to one ounce per day. Processed seed oils like soybean oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, canola oil, cottonseed oil, safflower oil, grape seed oil are harmful to health. In addition palm oils are harmful. Coconut oil is a palm oil. Palm trees were not, are not originally a food. Farmers growing palm trees are allowed to spray on it all kinds of harmful sprays, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides. Farmers are limited to the chemicals allowed on food plants. As a result palm oil is inexpensive oil that has chemically changed its DNA by incorporating the chemicals into itself.

Vegetable Oils, Seed Oils, Caution May Contain Alatoxin

Vegetable oils (margarine) are extracted from seeds like rapeseed (canola oil) soybean (soybean oil), corn, sunflower, safflower. Many of these plants have been genetically modified and treated heavily with pesticides. These vegetable oils cannot be extracted by pressing or separating the oil naturally. They must be chemically processed using heat. Turning a liquid oil into a solid (like margarine) is a very toxic process called hydrogenation. This converts the fat into a saturated fat which is very harmful to the human body.

These oil have a caution connected with them as they may contain the carcinogen, aflatoxin. This comes about during seed storage. These oils are also high in monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA), and polyunsaturated fat (PUFA) like omega-3 fatty acids. It is a common ingredient in prepared mayonnaise. Rapeseed where canola comes from, has been genetically modified GMO to withstand a ton of herbicide sprays like roundup®.
