Enjoy rutin found in

Rutin activates Vitamin C in the body. It also helps your body to produce collagen and use vitamin C. It is a bioflavonoid, or plant pigment, found in common foods like apples, figs, and buckwheat. Some rutin dense recipes include buckwheat noodle salad, oven roasted asparagus, apples, figs, Brussels sprouts. Rutin has powerful antioxidant properties. It helps lower cholesterol, reduces arthritis pain, helps blood circulation, prevents blood clots. Rutin helps heart disease, poor circulation, menstrual disorders, poison ivy, cirrhosis, and cataracts.

Eating fresh fruits and vegetables maybe fine but taking supplements of rutin can lead to a rutin overtoxicity:
