Enjoy olive leaf

Olive leaf extract has an antioxidant capacity almost double green tea extract and 400% higher than vitamin C. Olive leaf extracts may reduce infarct volume, brain edema, as well as improve blood-brain barrier permeability and neurological deficit scores after transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (stroke). olive leaf extracts gradually stops chronic intestinal inflammation probably through the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of polyphenols oleuropein and hydroxytyrosol. Bone density is improved by eating parsley and olives.

Olive leaf may decrease yeast overgrowth formed within the intestinal flora. Research is underway showing the antibacterial, anti-fungal and antioxidant activity of olive leaf.
